Seriously I don’t really think that it is 20000 mah
I can only fully charge my 5s twice and the power bank is fully drain
I currently have the same power bank, it is not 20,000mAh. My phone has a
1500mAh battery and it charges my phone a maximum of 2-3 times and it’s
fully drained.

There is no way this is actually 20.000 mah. Its fake and cheap.
It automatically turns off by itself, if it is not charging a phone, in a
couple of minutes or you hold the switch until the 4 indicator lights turns
off.

It will not burn or destroy your phones guy’s. The reason why it charges
fast is cause of the 2 Amp port. It supplies 2 Amps vs. a 1 Amp standard
charger. The higher the amperage the better, it is just the supply power.
Even if you have, for example, 5 Amps output it will not destroy your
phone. The voltage is the thing you should worry about. All chargers should
charge at 5.00 Volts ONLY if it charges above that, your phone will burn up
and fry. Amperage and Voltage are two different things.
How to switch off
It charges fast but not that fast, there’s no reason to worry about the
safety of your battery
One port is more powerful than the other. I find these as gimmicks. I like
for the unit, not to have leds to waste power. for $16.00 is a steal. I
could not agree more about capacity, but I am sure it will last just as
long. I do a test, and time lapse if this is what you are suggesting(Lol)

The reason the reason it charges faster is because he plugged it into the
2A port which is for larger devices like tablets. The other port is a 1A
port and it won’t run your phone or battery. He obviously does not know
alot about phones or batteries. Normal wall adapters for phones are small
while tablet charging adapters are bigger that’s because tablets have
bigger batteries, obviously so the cam be charged fate without damaging the
battery.
