Why you have to many roku
Lets be honest 95% of the channels are absolutely terrible trash and the
games apart from angry birds are nowhere near on par with android or ios
yet cost more! So I don’t understand why everybody goes giddy over Roku.
Before you buy a Roku, where can one find out exactly what channels you can
get with the model you want? I would also like to know which channels
require a fee and which do not. This seems interesting, but I’m not going
to make the leap for it until I lean much more. For instance, am I correct
thinking you need an internet connection for Roku to work?
I dumped TV from my cable bundle account over a year ago because of high
cost. But if I pay just 50-9 dollars for this device just once it would pay
for it’s self in just one or two months! But that all depends on the
channels I can get for no other fees.
Honestly, there were few channels and TV shows I liked on cable TV. I
always just wanted to pick only a few channels and pay for just those, but
cable TV doesn’t work like that. However, it seems Roku does do that for
basically no extra monthly fees, unless you want to pick channels that have
a fee to watch them.
I think the QWERTY keyboard would be a very nice addition because picking
out letters one by one with a directional pointer to spell something out
sucks! It takes way too long!

I got two of these several months ago and they’re awesome. There are a lot
of channels on Roku that live-steam TV stations. If you only watch cable TV
for the news, you could ditch that part of your cable bill altogether and
just keep the Internet. With the money you save on cable TV, you could
afford 4-5 subscription channels and still pay less money than you used to.
