Diagnostic Flow Charts

The Source Of The Problem…?

Ok so you have a problem with your PC…? Well hopefully we can help you rectify whatever it may be that is causing the problem. By using our easy to follow diagnostic flow charts, whilst they do not cover every single possibility, you should at the very least be able to narrow down whatever it could be that may be causing your problem.

To begin simply click the diagnostic flow chart below. Once clicked, a new browser window will open & also a smaller window with the option to “open” or “save”. Simply select “open” in order to use the diagnostic flow chart.

These flow charts have been made using MS PowerPoint, therefore in order to use the presentation you will need to have PowerPoint installed on your PC. For those that do not have PowerPoint, the flow charts have been broken down into 4 jpg image files, that are also listed below, you may download them or view on the screen each in turn, but they may not be reproduced without written authority from the webmaster of this site.

If you have any questions on using these diagnostic charts please don’t hesitate to contact me with your query, or you may post your question in our Tech Support Forum.

  1. Very useful flow charts here. I have all of these diagnostic flow charts memorized by now, but it’s always good for a refresher.
